The snowboarders Mitch Tölderer and Bibi Tölderer-Pekarek share this Functional Training Series with you guys to get you in the right shape for the upcoming snowboard and ski season. Functional exercises that work on your whole body and also on your coordinative skills is what pro athletes are using for their training theses days. Each training sessions consists of 4 exercises with focus on our main needs: legs, core and coordination. Work out in a circuit mode with a 60sec workout / 20sec rest ratio.
