Mt Ruapehu, New Zealand’s largest ski area, has announced that it will be extending it’s season until November 4th. A number of late season storms coupled with a high number of skier visits are allowing Turoa on Mt. Ruapehu to extend it’s season an extra two weeks.

“Turoa will stay open into November!! With the fantastic snow cover we have extended the Turoa season an extra 2 weeks!! We will now close on the 4th November. Put yourself in this picture from now all the way until November!!” facebook.com/mtruapehu
