Mt Ruapehu,ย New Zealand’s largest ski area, has announced that it will be extending it’s season until November 4th. A number of late season storms coupled with a high number of skier visits are allowing Turoa on Mt. Ruapehu to extend it’s season an extra two weeks. ย

Turoa Sister area,ย Whakapapa Ski Area, on Mt. Ruapehu is set to close as scheduled on Oct. 22.
