Lesson learned. Don’t wander onto downhill courses in the middle of a race. Unfortunately, the mindless skier in the way doesn’t break his leg in half like the racer does. Check out the racer’s ski that explodes also. All said, this is a horrific ski collision and most of the humor is lost as the gravity of a real injury to the racer is realized. I hope she recovered, and next time inflicts more pain on the idiot in the way.
