Crazy, short lived temperature swings that range from -15 one morning to +40 the next have flash freezed the snowpack into a solid base that is primed and ready for a good old Nor’easter to come spinning up the eastern seaboard. The woods and steep lines are thin, but skiable with copious amounts of cold packed powder and feather light fresh lines available to those who are looking around.
