Squaw Valley’s Ralph Backstorm is on a tear this season. He won the Revelstoke Freeride World stop last week and now he’s just landed himself in 2nd place at the Chamonix Freeride World Tour stop. Ralphy is in 1st place overall on the Freeride World Tour right now.
Ralph finds a tight, techy line up top before shifting into big air stomp mode. It looks like he was an earlier competitor as his run was mostly fresh. You can’t ask for much more than charging and stomping a big mountain in Chamonix in front of world in fresh snow.

With Jackie Paaso winning the girl’s ski division in Chamonix and Ralphy getting 2nd in Cham, Squaw is lookin’ good out there on the World Tour.
