Get ready to feel good. You have to read this story first though for the good feeling to be had. Handcycle

Monique was a two time silver medalist in handcycling at the Beijing Paralympics and in 2010, after an accident in which she fell out of her wheelchair and spent a long period in the hospital, Monique began to feel her paralyzed legs tingle and eventually spent months re-learning how to use her legs again.

Leaving the Wheelchair behind

She said she felt like a child learning to walk.
