Mt. Baker Ski Area Mountain Policies

Per Washington Law RCW 66.44.100

As per RCW 66.44.100, you may not leave your vehicle or walk around the Mt. Baker parking lot with an open container of alcohol.

So Today I was taking off my boots in the dog row of the lower lodge at Mt. Baker.  I took a beer out of my bag and took my boots off and was about to pop the top after another slay session on the arm, but WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I turned around and their was a copper, staring right at me waiting to openly consume alcohol right in front of the “bacon”.  WARNING  there is a new policy at Mt. Baker and you have been warned.

“I swear to god he just wanted my last PBR, he was staring at it so much I thought the cop was going to come over and drink it for me”.

Have no fear the White Salmon Lodge is still serving beer and wine every day, you can get what u need in the lodge.  Just no tailgating, which is a bummer, but dem da rules!
