If you are sick of the gear reviews from Skiing/Powder/Freeskier due to the fact that they are bland, generic and give very little actual information it might be a good time to check out Backcountry.com’s Ski Showcase. The fellas from Backcountry have made some solid video reviews of some of the top offerings from Nordica, Rossignol, Salomon and Volkl that include specs on the skis and video of them being skied. It helps me a ton to actually see how a ski bends and what types of turns it looks like it makes.
