A bear broke into a prius this weekend in Lake Tahoe and got trapped inside. He couldn’t get out, so, he just simply drove the thing away.
Apparently the bear got inside the Prius in the middle of the night and the door shut on him. Naturally, he freaked out and tore the inside of the car to shreds, didn’t break any windows somehow, and then threw the gear shift into neutral. Once in neutral the Prius rolled down the steep driveway and crashed.
The bear eventually ripped through the door’s panelling and got the door to open somehow.
California bears are hip and are environmentally conscious as I’ve never heard of them driving anything but Priuses.
