Unofficial Andes, Santa rosa storm, snow, snowing

Cerro Catedral received a  foot of fresh in this pre-super-storm dump…In other words, the whole mountain was awesome. September 3, 2011 brought BIG wind signaling that the the Santa Rosa Storm has Arrived. Miles and John along with John’s sister Michelle Parker hiked Laguna all day.

The hike to the top of the mountain sucked because of the vicious wind-blasting shown in the video. Even though we often lost visibility and were sent into the vertigo-abyss it was an all around good day, (just as long as you didn’t mind getting stuck on the lift for 30 minutes dude to the 40km winds).

THE STORM IS HERE.
