It's called Splashdown for good reason.
It's called Splashdown for good reason.

Now that summer camps have come and gone, I will take this moment to reflect on one of the only sunny days that they saw. It happened to have been an afternoon that they spent down in the valley in fact. This year was especially miserable on the snow, so lucky for the campers and coaches at Momentum, they have access to the water ramp facility found at Base II on Blackcomb.

Matt Margetts goes huge with a front flip and a half.
He knows he's in for it, but still holds a smile.

Their big wig pro coaches were out there in full force, some of them sending, and others just there to soak in some sunshine and watch everyone huck their meat into the inviting water. It was quite an entertaining way to spend an afternoon to say the least, as it was much better than the life in the clouds as we have grown so accustom to this summer in Whistler.

TJ Schiller and Sean Pettit chillin pool side.
TJ's reaction to a sailor dive is awesome.
The performing arts, that is Colby West. Giant cannonball for the win!
