Unofficial Networks’ favorite all-time binding is under recall after Rossignol discovered a defect in the heel pieces of its revamped, 2017-2018 Look Pivot Bindings.

The company recently issued a release saying that the heel pieces on new models of Look Pivot Bindings have the potential to get loose, which poses a fall risk for skiers. The recall covers approximately 6,900 units sold in the USA as well as 590 sold in Canada. So far no injuries have been reported.
Only date codes of H7, I7 or J7, without the letter ‘V” stamped on the black plastic piece behind the turntable heel unit are included in the recall. Date codes can be found on the bottom of the heel piece and can be viewed by rotating the turntable heel unit 90 degrees.
