The cuts and Snider Bros. blow anything else in SLC out of the water. The meat at Smith’s looks tainted by comparison and Whole Foods costs more for less flavor. The fellas at Snider Bros. have more cuts of steak than you can shake your brand new Panda Pole at behind that beautiful glass case. They also have pre seasoned chicken and pork that would be tough for even for your uncle Earl to top. I am a huge fan of the Santa Maria Chicken and the Sweet Bourbon Pork Chops.
One of the best parts is that this meat extravaganza of unequaled quality does not cost a wing and a leg. The prices are inline with what you will find in any grocery and sometimes they are a bit less. Check out their deli meats too. Again they are of superior quality at the price you are used to paying.
