Yesterday was probably the deepest day of the year here in Telluride, even though the lifts shut down over three weeks ago. After a few days of pretty consistent snow fall, it absolutely dumped yesterday leaving the mountain blanketed in over 2 feet of fresh pow. Skinning up the mountain was amazing with white out conditions at times, puking snow and peaceful silence with no one around. It was BEAUTIFUL up there! When our crew made it to our destination, we couldn’t wait to sample the goods. The snow was a bit heavy and almost TOO deep in spots, making it necessary to keep up your speed and stick to steeper aspects. It was definitely a lot of fun skiing this much snow, this late into the season. It was an AMAZING day out there with some great people! Hopefully we still have some great days ahead.
