After it was dumping snow all day yesterday and on and off overnight, Telluride had it’s first storm of over a foot in some time. Finally! With high winds following the storm, most of the snow had blown into the woods. The trees were definitely the place to be today with deep pow lines and lots of hollering! Apex woods were skiing great early before the Prospect gates opened and the trees off chair 9 were super fun as well. The best turns I had today though were in Reggae Route once again. There are a ton of options through this zone and I have been having a blast skiing this stuff recently. The snow had definitely blown in here deep over night and was some of the best I have skied this season. It certainly was a “Super Sunday!”
