Any skier, snowboarder, climber or mountain biker that hangs in BCC or LCC knows about the Lone Star. It is a very common move to end any epic day in the mountains with a trip to Lone Star. The funky charm and killer food keep us all coming back time after time.
The classic order at Lone Star is the fish tacos. I personally prefer the fish burrito, due to its huge size and hefty chunks of fish. The guys and gals at Lone Star rotate the fish several times a day. I like every type of fish they serve, but some people hate on the Salmon. Why hate? If you are not into Salmon, or fish at all, you should go the the Burrito Especial or the Maria’s Plato.
Next time you are starving, and it is not a Sunday, head over Lone Stars one convenient location on Ft Union Blvd ad 2700ish East. (Look for the crashed station wagon below.)
