The Buff is one of the most versatile items you can own to stay warm and happy on the slopes. I was turned on to the Buff up in AK at Points North Heli where one of the other guests was This Guy who was going off about how awesome the Buff was!  He got us all fired up on the Buffs! I can honestly say  that the buff is one of the best gear items you can own. On storm days they keep you warm and dry. On late season backcountry missions when no amount of sunscreen is going to keep you from turning purple, a Buff keeps the sun off your face and will keep you cool by soaking it cold water.
