Floating Squaw Creek is one of the most unofficial activities one can do in Squaw Valley. Something akin to BACE jumping off the Cable Car cables but perhaps not so serious and a bit more laid back. It seems that no one really knows how "unofficial" it really is. Our buddy Mat had this comment "We ski the stuff when it's on the hill why can't we float it when it is in the river?"
