It's March 18th and I'm clelebrating my B Day in Verbier! What more can I ask for? I arrived here yesterday where I met up with Susan Mol. Our friends Janina Kuzma and Sebastian Hanneman were nice enough to pick us up in Geneve. It's been a few weeks since the Tram Face comp and I think I'll be good to go. I've been taking it easy and letting my shoulder heal. I'm still a bit sore but it's  nothing that will hold me back.

It's mid day here in Switzerland and I'm so happy I was able to sleep in. I think I'll do a lot better this time adjusting to the time change. I may head out today to take a few runs. We will see…
