The storm has finally delivered, pretty much bottomless pow now (except where it slide off, be carefull).  Went for the Red Dog lift first thing, I just wanted to get some untracked pow and it paid off.  I saw the Fingers Debacle, I am glad I had no part in that.  Those guys who crashed are all top nothch skiers. I hope they are all ok.  I think they just need to take a few deep breaths before heading down that gnar.
I got some great waist deep blower in Enchanted Forest, CII and Broken Arrow.  Took about 4 laps on the CII chair, which I really enjoy (except for the line).  My best powder run was my last, I did the Broken Arrow hike, to Deadman’s, to Tower One then to Last Chance.  All the deepest blower of the day right down to the road behind the Squaw Valley Lodge.  Here is a little clip of the action.

Really funny, after I landed, I stood up to ski away and fell over. When I fell, I felt something; I thought it was my ski (I was a little disoriented,… in the white room). But then I pulled it up, it was a random pole! I came skiing out with more gear than when I started, three poles!!
