This storm is REAL Lake Tahoe humans. This is not a drill. You are going to ski powder. We know you’re all a bit jaded from the dismal nature of the winter so far, but this one looks like it’s worth getting out there for. If all goes well, this could be a jumpstart to the Miracle March that just may keep us all from going completely insane.
A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Lake Tahoe. It’s in effect from 1am Wednesday until 7pm Wednesday.
WINTER STORM WARNING for TAHOE:

This could be the start of a big change in Tahoe.

Sorry, this won’t be enough to salvage this terrible season. It needs to snow at least 20 FEET to make up for what so far, has been the worst season since forever.
haters gonna hate
Super stoked for any snow, but would be even better if we could get some sierra cement to bond with the concrete layer, paste the takeoffs and landings and allow us to pin it everywhere. Instead I am getting faceshots and rattling the fillings out of my teeth at the same time, leaving me somewhere between being stoked and taking a beating.
Call me greedy but I wish kt had stayed closed today…let it load up for Thursday and Friday
Tracking out & packing down that light stuff is the best thing we could do for it to prep it for the upcoming snow.
Call me greedy but I wish kt had stayed closed today…let it load up for Thursday and Friday, either way finally a proper pow day is in our future! It’s always nice to see tahoe happy
Gotta pack down what we got. Believe me, there will be enough snow by the end of this. Just not sure it will be snow that will last…
pretty sure my eyes just read the NOAA statement and it upgraded to 4-5 feet on the crest
Better late then never. Pumped.
All I can say is I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bring it on ….Stoked….
