This is simple. Who’s hotter? You should have an opinion about this whether your a guy or gal, whether you’re straight or gay, whether you’ve been to Argentina or not. This is important.
From my extensive experience, namely standing around and watching people (one of my favorite activities), I’ve gotta say this is a tough one. We’re all from America and American girls are incredible. In The States, well, what the hell do I know about The States. I’ve never even been to the East Coast. But, I hear that the hottest girls in the USA are in New York City and my pain-in-the-ass New York buddies remind me of this on the daily.

Yet, it appears obvious that there are more hot girls per capita in Argentina than in America. Even in my dirt-road-middle-of-nowhere neighborhood in a town near absolutely nothing, I see gorgeous girls everday.
It feels like every 3rd girl I see down here is a looker. Dark hair, light eyes, perfect skin, enchanting eyelashes, to-die-for bodies. And, the girls down here are super cool. They’re fun, social, playful, and easy going. They smile a lot and make you feel good about yourself. What the hell else do you want?

California is where I’m from & California is legendary for it’s girls. But, if we’re talking California girls we’ve gotta confront the huge divergence between NorCal & SoCal. The girls in the Bay Area are elegant, intellectual, well dressed (read here: nice clothes but lots of them), and gorgeous. The girls in the LA/Orange County/San Diego area are fun, hot, well accessorized (read here: bikinis and hot clubbing clothes), and footloose.

Both the USA and Argentina clearly have beautiful women, but I truly think what tips the scales in this debate is the hot girl per capita factor. Argentina seems to have this on lock.
So, who’s hotter? If you pick American girls, you damn well better back it up and tell us where they are. Texas? Georgia? I hear the girls in Tennessee are pretty hot? Tell us.
I’ve been to Brazil and I’ve been to Argentina. Meh. I live in Santa Barbara and the per capita thing is redonkulous down here. California girls.

I’ve never been to South America, but in Southern America, the women of some of the SEC schools (Ole Miss, Alabama & UGA) have a look to them that you have to see to believe. Internationally, you gotta give the South African women props too!

Are you kidding? Argentina. One problem, they don’t go out to party till about 1:00 am Try and keep up with that shit. Spent half a dozen seasons in Las Linas and never made it past 10: Pm This place makes Squaw look like Boreal Ridge. sketchey lifts but if Marte is open, which I’ve dug out at least twice, with my buddies from Aspen the world is a large place, steep place talk’in 6000 vert no trees Oh yea the Girls small buts and big boobs, real or real expensive, does’nt seem to matter
I’m from Argentina and about going out at 1 am. is a cultural thing. We like to join at a house and start drinking and go out at 1 or 2 am and get back about 6 or 7 am. that’s the way we do it.
Anyway, i have to admit american girls are really hot and nice. I personally prefer argentinians as they are really cool.
American are pretty hot, but it seems to me that they are not many. (maybe couse i usually go to ski areas) There are also different types of girls in Argentina. Buenos Aires is definatetly not the best. Santa Fe, Entre Rios and Cordoba are pretty hot!!
This dry season could be the chance to visit this places…
Goiânia and Florianópolis, Brazil,…Colombia, Córdoba, Argentina. When I lived in Rio the popozudas were pretty nice too!
Argentinian girls are so hot they’d make gay dudes turn straight! Hottest cities are Buenos Aires, Rosario and Mendoza. Argentina should be on every flagger’s bucket list.

Miles, thank you for publicizing this very important issue. It is probing journalism like this that keeps me coming back for more, again and again. While I agree with much of your analysis, I want to suggest one additional factor which might lead an American male on holiday in Argentina to conclude that Argentine women are hotter — I call it the “strange” factor. When you are accustomed to looking at legions of objectively hot California girls (California side of Tahoe excluded, as there are only four on display in any given season), the senses dull and their hotness is somehow diminished by the sheer mundanity of it all. Transported to Argentina, however, where women generally have darker hair, olive complexions, “accents”, and different customs, fashions, thong shapes, ways of flirting, etc., an Argentine “7″ suddently becomes a California “10″. Newness breeds fascination, and suddenly you want it. All. The same may hold true for Argentine males visting California, where the blonde factor may overwhelm even the most romantically sanguine gaucho.
Everyone wants The Strange. Its a corollary of the theorem that says, “No matter how hot she is, someone’s tired of bangin’ her”.

exactly…I honestly didn’t see more then a couple fat girs in 1 month. lol The vast majority of Argentine girls have great bodies. Here in the states we are just used to so many fat people. Its unheard of in south america.
I think that I need to wade in here. The Argentine women are some of the hottest on the planet, but they come with a curse. I think the curse was due to selling their soles for their hotness, but when Argentine women hit the age of 30, they turn quickly into bridge trolls. It’s crazy because there are the hot sub-30 girls cruising the countryside, then there are the wrinkled prunes driving donkeys down the freeways… there is no middle ground!
Sadly, this is happening to our American girls by the age of 12 as well… We can thank McDonalds for that…
I’m heading to Argentina soon is why I found this, so I don’t know yet a bought girls there. But in my travels in the U.S. I was surprised to find an insane amount of beautiful girls in El Paso, TX. I worked a job there for a few months and every girl was a looker: “Dark hair, light eyes, perfect skin, enchanting eyelashes, to-die-for bodies”, to quote you.
Can’t say as much for Tennessee. Lived in Chattanooga for a year and didn’t see much worth mentioning. I drove south to Atlanta on weekends for women.
