One of those kids was a regular at my Incline house 8 years ago, he musta been like 14 at the time. Looks like he still rides park.
Hey kooks, all these guys are born and raised Tahoe locals. They know how to ski pow and with poles. Hitting street without poles is actually practical, they tend to get in the way. Get a fucking clue, and stop with the hate. Skiing should be about good vibes, fun, and self expression.
All of you with the negative comments: you have no idea what you are talking about. secondly, I don’t know why our street skiing edit was even posted on this website full of cocky, close-minded assholes. We aren’t trying to go out and be the best trustafarian rasta boi, skittle thug park skier on the mountain. We film this type of skiing because it is less expensive and more accessible to our nonexistent budget than snowmobiles in the backcountry. One of you assholes should take me to the top of your peaks in your $10,000 sled and I will ski the lines you ski- WITHOUT POLES. Also hating on peoples outerwear/clothing/ is just immature. I do what I want and have fun doing it!
