This might be illegal, but probably not in Russia. Either way, it gets you surfing when there are no waves from nature. I am skeptical of its authenticity, but the concept is solid and somebody has certainly done something similar in real life.
If you wanna surf, simply ask your friend the old miner to do you a favor an toss some TNT into a pond. Well, maybe have your friend the quarterback do the throwing. Then, surf’s up bra!

A workmate of mine got a ticket 30 years ago from a game warden in MD for dynamiting fish! (not fake) He was doing a work project on a dock in the river where Hydrofloric acid and liquid sodium was used to etch Teflon coated wire.
When he finished his shift he got rid of this nasty stuff. He threw it into the river
and it blew up !. The game warden was sure he was bombing fish ! LOL
This is not Russia but Copenhagen, Denmark! Its a commercial!
