Jake Sakson kills it in this segment from Powderwhore’s “Television”.  Skip to 2:23 to cut right to the SHREDDING!  Loads of steep, big lines, and killer tele turns.  Jake is an incredible skier who also as we have seen has some rap skillz to back it up.  Watching this makes me really want to move to AK or just have it snow !!! Either way Jake is a dude to watch out for in the future!

Erik documented the early season and it really is quite funny if not a little schizophrenic. Stoke and Comedy in one package. The stoke comes in the form of early season powder skiing at Alta/bird, and a BASE jump in Texas. This past summer in South America was spectacular…depending on where you were.  It seemed to snow every four of five days for four or five days in Patagonia & Las Leñas had a couple all-time weeks.

This video was filmed in Las Leñas, Argentina, Bariloche, Argentina and in the backcountry that surrounds them both.

Consider this my offering as a “snow-dance” because, well, it’s December and we’re ready to get the party started for 2011/2012.
