The tricks being thrown on motorcycles are getting more and more difficult to understand, contemplate, and name.

Red Bull recently got the 12 best motocross jumpers together, built them the some of the most impressive jumps the world has seen, and set them loose.  This whole gig went down at Glen Helen, CA on May 14th, 2012.

What’s next in motocross?  What else can these guys do on these things?

Riding a trials bike over cars in a traffic jam would be risky in the United States. Some would swear that America is more of a predictable place than say Mexico City, and therefore a safer place. Following my line of logic then, Julien Dupon’s trials stunts over cars stuck in Mexico City trafic seems ill-advised. Just seems like a good way to get shot at, but then again, he is French.

Now, some of the cars he rides over appear to be in on the stunt, like the van with the camera man in it, and the little red car that is on the curb so he can get on the median. But I wonder if most of them were minding their own business on their morning commute when a motorcycle drove over them. Classy? I don’t think so.

Do you think this was planned and the cars were in on it, or improvised? 

There isn’t that much snow on the ridge, but the penalty for falling off is very high.

The rider has home-made studs in his tires which gave him the confidence to go for it on this run.

These guys are f#$king nuts.  The first crash is a guy going 100+ mph, falling off his bike, and going off a huge embankment.  Watch him do a double cork after his first bounce!  Watch the sheep run!

What do you think, is the first crash or the second gnarlier?  I seriously can’t decide, but I think I’m going with the second one for now.  I can’t believe how fast they are going.  I never knew about this sort of racing.  Insane, I love it.

- Top Speed 190-206 mph.

- 25 mph hairpin corners

- 200mph straights over a 38 mile road circuit

- Average speed of 131 mph

-Supposedly all these guys lived…wonder if they walk?

Okay, we realize that this is a bit of a Nike commercial.  But, this video has the best of the best from BMX, Surf, Skate, & Snowboard.  AND it’s all shot at night. The night time surfing shots (damn, I miss surfing) and the night big mountain snowboarding shots are pretty sick.  The shot of the surfer getting viciously SHACKED at night is one of the best surf shots I’ve ever seen.
