La Laguna went off on Thursday and the tres amigos, Clarky, Yake, and Jaun, skied laps. The bowl in Laguna proper got skied out faster than you could flick a bean, but we still found some goods “que bueno”.  It’s like the wild west in la laguna because there are Cholos everywhere,  SGT has a film crew and is always building jumps, we met these essays from Austria that will send-it off any cliff, loco en la cabesa.  But still Clarky has los grande huevos of them all as he hit gaps, cliffs and nailed trannies, es un crazy cabron. Once el sol came out the snow turned to shit and we went for cervezas. What an awesome day at Laguna Beach!

Some of my favorite skiing is storm skiing at Cerro Catedral and when it snowed 30cm’s of fresh I got after it. The weather down here is super bi-polar the mountain can be really happy and sunny, then in five minutes it can get all mad and windy. She often goes from really cold (blower pow) to really warm (cement wet snow). But fortunately Miles Clark, Jake Cohn, and John Parker can deal with a woman who’s hot and cold. All guys take note.
