you’re an idiot. you can tell from the video that the back of his sled punches through the wind crust covering the crevase. this why he gets stuck all of a sudden. as his sled digs in he jumps right off the back into the crevase. he’s way above treeline, probably up in canada, riding a glacial field. the crevase he found is the one that usually exists where the glacier is pulling away from the mountain. he’s standing at the mouth of a 50-100′ deep crack in the snow. you too would be shitting your pants.
