The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia are a year away but Russian officials are already guaranteeing snow for the event. The Russians plan on “using special snow producing plans, high performance for emergency.” Sounds good to us.
This will be the most expensive Olympics to date costing an estimated $51 Billion.
