Thats actually not a terrible price, only $80 if you could somehow get 50 SKI FRIENDS!!!!!
amen
^ I’d get in on that.
if you could time it for a POW day, it would be well cheaper than cat or heli skiing!
turner mt, in libby mt does it too, and its epic
Not a bad deal.
Pre day, huh?
does it include grooming???????????????
You’d have to ask your ski valet while he puts your heated ski boots on your feet for you. Stick to squaw ya gaper.
so, pre-bubble. next.
I look at the first picture of that sweet mountain, then the second picture is completely flat. I could go ski soda springs for a lot cheaper, and get powder all day long. Good luck with that.
Not a bad idea if you have a group. Im not understanding why they cap it at just 50 people. Capping it off at a round 75 persons would only be about $53 “pre” person.
I don’t think it would be worth it as tickets are only $35 a day. As well there is only one lift and 900 vertical.
They do offer yurts for rent that look fun but it just reminds me of a much better resort, Mount Bohemia on the Keweenaw peninsula.
haha that sounds pretty awesome – would love to do that for a few days.
I lived in La Grande and skied there for a bit. Nice place, although pretty short and somewhat flat. That deal is okay, although even on a “busy” day there are really probably not more than 50 skiers there anyway, and lift tickets are only $35. Hell, if you get the Shell discount you can go on Fridays for 2 for 1 and they do half price Thursdays as well. They are closed Mon-Wed so if you go on half price Thursday after a storm cycle you can ski 2′ of fresh pretty much by yourself. Oh, and the first picture is of Gunsight Peak which is actually out of bounds, but it is only about a 40 minute skin which makes the backcountry terrain pretty nice. My vote is, if you are a ski bum head up there this winter and ski Thur. and Fri. in bounds for half price and then tour on Sat. and Sun. Probably some of the best snow quality and backcountry terrain that no one has ever heard of.
