Nobis who was attending party Saturday night in Teton County, Wyoming. He decided to party much to hard prior to leaving his house. What ensued was yet another high speed chase at over 100 miles per hour. He was eventually pulled over and arrested near the south bridge of I89 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He had enough booze in his system for what now his 4th DUI in his lifetime. Meaning he has probably done this alot more than he has been caught and clearly does not think about his or anyone else’s safety.
Nobis is turning out to be a bigger failure than the H.L. Hunley. Maybe the justice system should have sank him on his first, second, third attempt. Clearly he is not rehabilitated and at this point in time can he ever be? You have to wonder at 41 years old with an other wise successful life how this can keep happening? Its plain sad, people did at one time look up to you. How are people going to respect an aging, drunk with no regard for others?
