This video, edited by Adrià Millan, shows a number of variations in a zone called Amanita Phalloides (aka Deathcap Mushrooms) in Las Leñas. Riders are Adri, Txema Trull, Jordi Tenas, and Pau Bardajì. The tunes are good, the skiing is good, you watch, you like. Good work boys!

So Lee it appears I’m right about the train. First storm however a dud. The one on the 19th looks small. The 21st-23rd I had high hopes for looks mediocre at best (fingers croosed on this one). The one on the 30th moderate as well. Crazy as it sounds the final storm in the cycle looks the best 1st-3rd. Once again an amateur forecast for the Andes, who knows what’s really in store. Are the deatchcaps on the south wall somewhere?

Even if the snow is not great. They are still making turns. So very jealous

Fik, thanks for keeping our hopes up down here! Perhaps the legendary Santa Rosa will deliver, Sep 1 – 3… The Phalloides are just to the left at the top as you are riding up Marte.

They sped up the final storm 30th -2nd. It is during the Peruvian legend time frame so hopefully it dumps hard enough to warrant the name.
