In Santiago, Chile hundreds of people will stand around the Plaza de Armas to watch this unsavory street clown mess with passers by. This street clown has pissed off more than a few pedestrians, beaten up more than once but through it all has been entertaining Chileans by the thousands.
It is a skiing website but if you go shred S.A chances are you will end up in Santiago like I did and I never saw that stupid clown once. There is a guy who screeches at gringos though in barrio Brasil. As far as I’m concerned the screecher is funnier.
