Grandson of Red Bull Founder Accused of Killing a Police Officer

27 Year old Yorayuth Yoovidhya, grandson of the Red Bull brand creator, has been caught in the middle of what could be a very sticky situation. After following oil from the scene of a dead police officer to the home and ferrari of Yoovidhya, the young man was arrested and is in questioning under accusations of hit and run causing death.

The officer was said to be riding a motorcycle when he was hit by the grey sports car in Bangkok and though evidence clearly leads to the young heir being at fault, Voovidhya does claim that the officer cut abruptly in front of him. It is said the the officer was hit and dragged under the car for a period of time before succumbing to his injuries.

To make the situation even more interesting, a senior officer had to take over the investigation after the original investigator was caught attempting to cover up Voovidhya by presenting a fake suspect.
