yea, i could totally do that too…. O_O
just hold my beer for me
When did landing on your back become a stomp? I understand you can’t put something this big to your feet….. but Stompped?
what a hater. . . come on, lighten up
That was a crazy stunt, but definitely didn’t stomp anything
It was like 100 ft, IDK if it would be possible not to bomb hole/backslap on that
DIN at 20. He could have taken a phone call during that air… holy crap.
Not to detract from the bad-assness of that huck, but on the over-all, why the hell do skiiers get to land on their back, crawl out real fast when the snow is still settling, and then call it “stomping?” That doesnt fly when hucking cliffs on a snowboard, you either land or you dont, No illusions involved.
They shouldn’t, and this was no stomp…period. But….let’s not detract from the badass-ness of the huck. It doesn’t matter whether its snowboard or skis, its an awesome huck!
P.S – Why does it always come down to skier vs snowboarder? I’ve seen plenty of “stomp” shots of boarders who “pop” off their backs claiming the stomp as well…either way, big balls are involved and let’s face it, we are not blessed with those balls.
Show me some footage of skiers not hot tubing a 100 ft air please. Pretty sure the physics of an air like that does not lend itself to a “stomp”. Don’t forget haters, this air is bigger than the entire chimney or any of those other mini-golf runs you all ski in Squaw.
