Head out to Squaw Valley Saturday, January 19th for a free avalanche awareness class. Get hands on help with Squaw Valley Ski Patrol to raise attention from decision making, to the science of avalanches, awareness and snow safety. Clinic is at 6:30 at the Plaza Bar in Squaw all are welcome.

Good thing there will be two airbags up for a silent auction to raise money for avalanche education scholarships.
Bid high on the air bag backpack. Once you have it on you are almost avalanche proof.
The best in the biz.
What are the rest of you doing for the community you dipsticks?
Thanks SVSP.
Will multiple sets of water wings work?

I don’t think the writer quite got a perspective from the skiers’ viewpoint.
well i def. want to make sure i don’t tour with this guy…
Miles,
I hope you go to this event, take alot of notes and given the complete stupidity of your response go take an AVY 1 class. Simply having an airbag pack is not enough and to represent otherwise does this community a tremendous disservice.
There is plenty of things that can wrong with an airbag.
I detect some sarcasm in Miles’ post :0
