Friday afternoon a group of local girls showed up to Fanny Bridge to help raise money for the July 4th fireworks in Tahoe City. Callie Ewing put on the event as a way to help get the younger crowd of Tahoe locals to engage in community efforts. It’s important for the next generation of Tahoe leaders to get involved in the community that we all love, and that is what Callie had in mind. She wanted to put on an event to attract a young crowd to help raise money for a community effort. It went just as planned despite the temperature being in the low 50′s. Money was raised and donated to help pay for the fireworks July 4th, well done Callie.
Fanny Bridge was the place to be on Friday
The event was fun. The Bridgetender threw a big party and the parking lot was raging to the music of Purple Curtain. There were Harleys, girls in Bikinis, beer, live music, and Big Truck Hats. Young and old, a large contingent came out to gauge how many people were in Tahoe. It is said that a Tahoe local could estimate the number of Tourists in Tahoe by the amount of “Fanny’s” that they could count on the bridge. Friday, I’d say there were a lot.

Keoki Flagg took a few great shots in the morning and they were auctioned off to raise money for the cause. This was all for charity, really. Thanks to all the girls for showing up and withstanding the cold temperatures!

You chicks are really hot! The only difference is that Squaw chicks in general are into the whole bro/brah thing a little too much (I convinced a Squaw chick once I was sponsored by Sam Adams and she was all up into me) and Whistler chicks are more likely to be Aussie or Canadian, and a little more down to earth, a little less tilted trucker hat.
