Not to go a different direction here – but how sweet did the palisades look before they blew the top off (from old school pic)?
There is a picture outside of Sandy’s pub from 1952. It was more of a rounded top but with the top the lines didnt fill in because the way the wind deposited the snow.
Not to shit on this video but all the east coast kids i know would rip these lines with trees.

Quite a few of the kids in this video ARE east coast kids who would have liked to have skied lines like this with trees back east if lines like this existed there. I’ll always be an east coaster, I miss my home sometimes but if you really want to ski you need to get out of the northeast.
