For the last few months, many within the ski industry wondered who Crested Butte would fall in line with and know we know– it’s gonna be ‘Epic.’ The additions of Mount Sunapee (NH) and Okemo (VT) are also in lockstep with what Vail Resorts considers the best ski offerings in the northeast.

“Crested Butte is a perfect complement to the unique family of resorts offered on the 2018-19 Epic Pass with its legendary terrain and historic mountain town” – Kirsten Lynch, Chief Marketing Officer Vail Resorts

With the 3 new ski areas, Vail Resorts’ Epic Pass is boasting a partner portfolio that includes a whopping 64 resorts that span almost the entire globe. The Ikon Pass recently debuted on the market and is hoping to supplant Vail Resorts as the industry leader.
