I did an really epic nearly all trails in stowe ride over the weekend. Its hard to to put into writing just how hard but how fulfilling and at the same time painful a 7 hours ride on nearly singletrack is but for those of you that do that sort of masochistic activity you totally get it. For those that do not yet, get fit and start! I ran into a father/son duo of Gaelen, and Landon while riding up though Trapp’s Ride Center. The 11 year old Gaelen did his best to put a hurt on my 6 hours of riding tired legs while completely dusting his dad up to the Cabin at Trapp’s. The little guy then ripped down Kimmer’s on a Cannondale that was old as he was, better than the majority of adults who try to ride it. It was an epic end to an epic ride.
