For Sale: $269,000
First off, Jay Peak is one kick ass mountain and thanks to the “Jay Cloud” the resort averages 355” of powder snow per season. That’s a higher snow average than Vail (341”), Aspen (300”), Telluride (309”) and Taos (305”). In fact, during the 2000-2001 season Jay received the most snow in the lower 48 with 571 inches of snow. If tree skiing is your thing you will be happy to hear that Jay boasts the most extensive glade network in the east with 21 named glades and many acres of sidecountry skiing.

Jay Cloud love
If I had 300K, I’d buy it
Heres to hoping some Vermonters in tahoe buy this and start to put an end to this east infection
Jay Peak is the place for us EastCoastCity-ville people. Further drive means serious skiers. The upgrades and investment in the last few years is way far above and beyond what Sugarbush, Stowe or Okemo have done (Killington is stuck in 1996 mode). The only issue is certain Montreal visitors. I like Canadians, but hate The Canadiens.
Too bad its on the east.coast. Joeys.
This house is not for sale, and Jay sucks.
Go away and find a mountain elsewhere.
There is no cloud, and no glades.
I heard Mount Snow is great this time of year.
I like your wp concept, exactly where do you obtain it coming from?
