A baby bear and his momma had a bone to pick with an inflatable flamingo in an Arcadia, California backyard. The homeowners said the bears have been in their backyard twice before, once in April and again in June. While I tend not to overreact to black bears when confronted in person, I think its a bad idea to encourage a group of children to taunt one with only a sliding glass door for separation.  Cheers to the flamingo manufacturer for producing a super durable inflatable that almost scored a draw in a bear fight.
