With the exception of summer ski camps, weekends @Killington, and Beartooth Basin– skiing in North America is largely done for the season.
For Colorado and Utah skiers that bitter pill was swallowed yesterday as Arapahoe Basin and Snowbird both held closing day festivities with pond skims, wiggles, and rowdy parking lot tailgate parties to honor two seasons that went beyond 190+ days each.
For A-Basin, there’s only 4 full months without skiing before lifts start spinning again!
