Lisa Kudrow offloaded her Park City pad and the Friends star’s slope side crib fetched a hefty price. The two-story condo at the base of Deer Valley was listed at $4.1 million but she sold it for a cool $3.6 million. It includes panoramic views of the resort, four bedrooms, a guest balcony with a hot tub, and ski in/ski out access to the slopes.

Here’s an excerpt from a parkcityhomesandland.com article about the home:

“Inviting mountain ambience of the 3,759-square-foot townhouse, uniquely located slope-side at the Snow Park base of Deer Valley Resort’s Black Diamond Lodge.  The Lodge offers an on-site concierge, ski valet services, ski locker room, a fitness center, a children’s game room, steam room and private hot tubs and complimentary après-ski before returning to your residence. Additionally, the property offers elevator service, daily housekeeping service, complimentary wireless high-speed internet service, complimentary heated parking garage, and complimentary in-town transportation.”

“complimentary in-town transportation” I can’t imagine what the HOA dues would be for a place like this. Baller.
