The storm that was supposed to deliver relief to the central mountains of Colorado seems to have gotten stuck in the San Juan Mountains, delivering 20″ of blower pow to Silverton and 19″ to Telluride in the last 24 hours!

Meanwhile resorts like Loveland, Winter Park, and A-Basin all fell short of their double digit forecast totals. Winter Park pulled down an inch more than most other front range ski areas with a storm total of 5″.

Today should be a beautiful pow day in southwestern Colorado before rain and snow returns on Saturday.
