Following a slow start to the ski season, winter is FULL ON in the northeast thanks to two storm systems named Niko and Orson.

And while everyone from the Catskills to the Green Mountains benefitted from fresh snow, the ski areas in Maine seem to have caught the best conditions overall.

Sugarloaf lead the charge with 47″ of fresh in the last 8 days followed closely by Sunday River, which saw 45.” Either way, those 2 inches didn’t make much difference as seen in the photos and videos displayed below.
