Lower Valley Energy crews are hard at work erecting wooden poles to temporarily hold the downed power line that knocked out electricity to Jackson Hole Mountain resulting in a complete shutdown of the resort.

“11 replacement poles in the ground! A quick break for dinner and respite from wind and rain. Then more night work.”16508691_1804027069851128_7905183865069445067_n 16508108_1804026963184472_5446083314912146586_n 16508769_1804026926517809_3923518071261778979_n

If you are in Jackson and looking for a refund for lift tickets go to Hoback Sports in the Town of Jackson. If you are trying to fly out of Jackson you should be alright. The Jackson Hole Airport is running on generator power and is fully operational, some flights may be effected by weather elsewhere in the US.
