All you single skiers better put this on your calandar, Loveland Ski area will be hosting chairlift speed-dating this Saturday. Last year 200 singles showed up (ratios not reported) and this year they expected closer to 400 participants. The event is put on by luvbyrd.com which is a dating site for outdoor enthusiasts.

Singles are paired up for a chairlift ride to the top and can decide if they want to seal the deal with a ski run down or choose to go it alone and pair up with a new partner at the bottom. Lift tickets run $50 and include beer and a raffle ticket. If you are season pass holder the event it only $5. Sounds like fun, get out there and don’t be shy!
