That’s what Heather Neville of Greenwich Village is selling her most expensive Christmas tree for. The 13- footer, with delivery, amounts to a total of $1k dollars reports The New York Post.  However, the final buying price isn’t pure profit. Some residents have balked at the buying price while others make purchases and go about their holiday shopping…. Suckers.
