If you’re a parent you know– Christmas comes at a serious price and for New York residents, buying a yule log might literally put you in the poor house.
That’s what Heather Neville of Greenwich Village is selling her most expensive Christmas tree for. The 13- footer, with delivery, amounts to a total of $1k dollars reports The New York Post. However, the final buying price isn’t pure profit. Part of the revenues are set to benefit the homeless population that occupies the Bowery Mission.
Some residents have balked at the buying price while others make purchases and go about their holiday shopping…. Suckers.
